A Regional Centre of Digital Resources for the blind and visually impaired. The not for profit organisation’s objective is to simplify access to all forms of knowledge, culture and training for the blind and Chronically Visually Impaired, by the promotion of activities and research, by the use of the most advanced computer and communication techniques, by the possible training in technical accompaniment for the beneficiaries. To do this it has created a centre of computing resources for the blind and for amblyopes. It is open through simple membership to private individuals, establishments, not for profit organisations, etc… to all those who ask for it. This Resources Centre is linked to the general server EURAFECAM in Lille.
